Program Objectives

• To discuss information about critical Small Unit training requirements for Irregular Warfare with Warfighters, trainers, scientists, technologists, and program managers from Government, industry and academia.
• Define the baseline training capability for small unit immersive training environments relative to critical objectives, and initiate development of a roadmap to focus on closing the gap.
• To compile and synthesize key relevant information, ideas and recommendations that will accelerate the development of the future small unit immersive training capability.
• To identify and discuss mutual opportunities to leverage currently developed capabilities, “in progress” research and development efforts, and recommend potential key initiatives that will enable small unit Warfighters to make better decisions in irregular warfare.
