IWTS

Who Should Attend

The purpose of the symposium is to discuss key information about critical Small Unit training requirements for irregular warfare with Warfighters, trainers, scientists, technologists, and program managers from Government, industry and academia.

The participants will actively participate and exchange information about their existing or planned research activities or technology developments that will contribute to meeting small unit IW training requirements. These contributions will be considered for inclusion in a Samll Unit Irregular Warfare Immersive Training Roadmap produced as a follow-up from the symposium. Participants will be provided with read-ahead materials and templates to assist in organizing and synthesizing the output of the symposium.

Participants will be requested to participate in discussion groups based on their position, qualifications, domain of expertise, relevance to small unit IW or MS&T solutions/technology, and the potential contribution they will make to the symposium. Participation may be limited based on the format of the symposium and facility constraints.

This symposium is not intended or designed to be an advanced planning briefing to industry. No intentional information will be provided at the symposium regarding any specific requirements for future contracts, requests for proposals, requests for information, projected funding or budgets, or other typical business development opportunity information.

An Executive Summary outbrief report from this symposium will be made available for download after the event.
