The Orlando Rosen Shingle Creek Resort hosted 8,000 middle school and high school students for the Technology Student Association (TSA) National Conference June 21-25. TSA provides leadership opportunities for students to apply Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (better known as STEM) concepts through numerous programs.

Continuing to reach out and partner with organizations all throughout the Central Florida region, Team Orlando participated in the Orange Technical College (OTC) STEM Expo on February 24, 2017.
Approximately 3,400 students attended the EMS/Military Expo on Friday, Jan. 27, at University High School in Orange City, Fla. University High School juniors and seniors along with students from other area high schools (DeLand, Deltona, Mainland, New Smyrna Beach, Pine Ridge and Spruce Creek) visited the Expo.

Once again, the STEM Pavilion was jumping at this year’s Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC). Numerous booths, put together by the Central Florida STEM Council, Serious Game Showcase & Challenge, and the Future Leaders Pavilion, drew in thousands of visitors over the four days.
