
Team Orlando provides a full complement of Acquisition Management capability, tailored to the needs and complexity of the project. Fully certified and accountable Program/Project Managers (PMs) and Program/Project Directors (PDs) are designated to provide focus and advocacy for the various customer and supplier relationships. Each PM and PD is governed by a charter with the mission to provide leadership, direction, set priorities, and provide the planning, management, execution, and control over training and training systems products or programs. PMs and PDs perform their mission primarily through their leadership and management of Product and Project Managers.
Program/Project Managers and Directors are supported by a full complement of experienced and trained program and support staff to include research, engineering, logistics, financial management, contracting, legal, administrative, human resources, security, and information systems support experts.
Team Orlando's workforce is highly educated with over 2000 degreed professionals (82%) holding Baccalaureate or higher degrees, including 40 PhDs. The workforce is highly skilled with over 84% certified to the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) requirements in their respective fields.
